Entry codes and instructions will be emailed to guests 24 hours prior to check-in. Easy access to entry details can also be found within the Lodgify App. Follow instructions to complete online check-in and download the app for access to detailed information about Sea Breeze.

Guests will also have access to our guidebook, house rules and rental agreement to review at anytime within our Lodgify App.

Gated Community

Primary guest must be 21 to book.

Family-friendly home — great for kids, not for parties or events.

No pets, no smoking, no vaping.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM CST.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Garage is off limits to guests. NO street parking. Additional parking is located in lot outside of gate.

Snowbird-friendly: Monthly winter stays (Nov–Feb) available — contact for details.

Located just 1 mile from Pier Park and steps from local dining in a secure, gated community.

Security camera: Ring Doorbell located at the entrance for security, additional exterior cameras are located at the front door and back door. Security alarm key pad is located inside the house. Garage is not available for use to guests.
